Fermata Return & Exchange Policy

At Fermata, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident in every purchase, which is why we offer a clear and straightforward return and exchange process.


Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we will work with you to make it right.

Please note:

  • Used, altered, or damaged glassware is not eligible for return.
  • All returns are subject to the Terms & Conditions listed below.

For Items Returned via Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance and labels.
  • All returns must be fully insured for the full value of the item.

In-Store Returns (No Shipping Required)

You may return your item in person at any of our authorized retailer locations in Los Angeles County to avoid shipping and insurance costs:

How It Works

Step 1: Email support@fermatacollection.com to initiate your return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.

Step 2: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will confirm eligibility and provide detailed return instructions.

Step 3: After receiving your item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Please review the Terms & Conditions below for full details.

Step 4: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. If you do not see your refund after 14 business days, contact us for assistance.


Terms & Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The glassware must be unused, in original, undamaged condition, and include all original packaging, stickers, and tags.
  • Special orders and custom-made items are not eligible.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt from Fermata) may be required.
  • Return shipments without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable (you may reclaim these through your local customs office).
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and received within 30 days of generating the return label.
  • Pre-owned items must be returned in the exact condition they were sold, including all original packaging, documents, and accessories.
  • Fermata is not responsible for lost packages during the return or exchange process.
  • All return shipping costs, including insurance, are the customer’s responsibility.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item has been used, altered, or modified.
  • The item is a one-of-a-kind or custom order.
  • Original accessories, manuals, or warranty documentation are missing.
  • The return is missing any original components.
  • The order was shipped outside the United States.

These policies ensure every Fermata customer receives a pristine product.
